  • Does NBGI Homes do Broker Co-op?
    • Yes, broker co-op is welcome.
      Commission is 2% of the purchase price.

  • How many units are there?
    • There are the total of 33 units.
  • How many sq. ft. of each unit?
    • UNIT A : Approx. 1,430 sq. ft
      UNIT B : Approx. 1,350 sq. ft.
      UNIT C : Approx. 1,360 sq. ft.
      UNIT D : Approx. 1,710 sq. ft.
      UNIT E : Approx. 1,700 sq. ft.
      UNIT F : Approx. 1,560 sq. ft.
      UNIT G : Approx. 1,700 sq. ft.
  • How many bedrooms & bathrooms in each unit?
    • There are 2bedrooms & 2 bathrooms / 3bedrooms & 2 1/2 bathrooms in each unit.
  • When can we move in?
    • You can move in right after the Escrow is closed in about 30 days.
  • How should I get pre-approved?
    • You were pre-qualified with us first when you entered into the purchase agreement. Please give us call or email regarding pre-qualification.
  • What's the price range?
    • The price range is undecided yet. We're sorry about that we will inform you at the time of Open House.
  • I just want to know what the process of submitting applicaion is.
    • 1. Click "Register" to fill out all the information we need to check your credit and qualify you for buying the property, and then we are going to
          pre-approve you.
      2. If you are pre-approved with us, then you may submit the application on the date of open house.
      3. Open house & contract date is July 14th (Sat.) ~ July 15th (Sun), and I.D. card and Pre-Qualification Certificate issued by NBGI are required.
          Deposit is 3% of the purchase price.
          As we have more than one purchase contract on each unit, we are setting up some schemes. We will inform you before open house at our website.

      4. Mortgage department will contact the persons selected from the purchase contracts.
      5. After your loan application is made, it takes about 30 days in the Escrow, and you own the property after 30 days of Escrow.
      6. For your convenience, we will deliver your property key upon your request.
